Asam Padeh Ikan Patin

Asam Padeh ikan patin berasal dari masyarakat Riau (Indonesia). Masakan ini memiliki citra rasa pedas dan asam berpadu jadi satu. Masakan ini merupakan lauk yang lezat biasanya disajikan dengan nasi putih yang masih hangat.

Bahan:
1. 250 g ikan patin segar, potong sesuai selera
2. 1 sdt garam
3. 2 batang serai, memarkan
4. 1 lembar daun kunyit
5. 2 sdm asam jawa
6. 200 ml air


Bumbu dihaluskan :
1. 6 buah cabai merah keriting
2. 8 buah bawang merah
3. 1 cm kunyit, bakar
4. 1 sdt garam
5. 1 sdt gula pasir
6. 1 sdt terasi

Cara Membuat:

• Lumuri ikan patin dengan sedikit air asam jawa dan garam selama 10 menit.
Cuci bersih
• Tumis bumbu halus, serai, lengkuas,daun kunyit dan daun jeruk hingga harum
• masukkan ikan patin, tuang air dan beri petai. Masak hingga matang
• Angkat, sajikan
