Timpan Cake (Aceh)

Kue timpan berasal masyarakat Aceh (Indonesia). Kudapan manis terbuat dari tepung ketan ini menjadi makanan favorit bagi warga Aceh saat berhari raya. Rasanya yang lezat, menjadikan kue ini kesuakaan semua kalangan baik muda maupun tua.

Adonan kue timpan dicetak di atas daun pisang muda yang sudah diolesi minyak goreng. Tujuannya agar saat matang kue tidak lengket. Kue yang sudah dibungkus daun pisang kemudian dikukus selama setengah jam.

Bahan:
• 250 gr tepung ketan
• 500 gr labu kuning, kupas, rebus, haluskan
• 50 ml santan kental
• ½ sdt garam
• ½ sdt vanili
• Daun pisang muda secukupnya

Isi :
• 100 gr kelapa agak muda, kupas, parut
• 2 butir telur
• 100 ml santan
• ½ sdt garam
• 100 gr nangka matang, iris dadu kecil

Cara membuat:
• Untuk Isinya:campur telur, santan, dan garam. Masak hingga mendidih.
Masukkan kelapa parut, aduk rata, sisihkan.
• Campur tepung ketan, labu kuning, gula, garam dan santan. Aduk rata.
• Ambil selembar daun pisang muda, taruh sesendok adonan tepung ketan,
pipihkan hingga memanjang atau sesuai selera. Beri sedikit adonan isi.
• Gulung daun pisang hingga kecil, semat kedua ujungnya dengan lidi
• Kukus dalam dandang selama 30 menit, hingga matang, Angkat.
